13.5% abv Gols, Neusiedlsee

Enticing aromas of stone fruit and tropical fruit with a hint of green apple. Caramel and smoke linger underneath. Perfectly ripe fruit - pineapple, peach and crisp green apple wash over the palate before caramel emerges on the mid palate. Fermentation was undertaken in oak barrels. An excellent Chardonnay from a very good vintage. Will surely gain in complexity over the next 5-7 years. Excellent value for money.
