Bouquet of violets, cassis, blackcurrants and blackberries lifted by spice and subtle leafiness. Elegant complexity. Medium (-) body with gently extracted tannins, black fruit and plums with gentle spice and backcurrant leaf. Delicious.
Hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel. Maturation in new and second fill barriques for 14 to 16 months. Bottled first week of May 2020 so this will show much better after a few years.
