Medium ruby in colour. Pristine aromas of violet, blackberry, and cherry. The fruit is ripe but understated and very clean. Medium bodied with very fine, soft tannins. Schwarz reveals the elegant, graceful side of Sankt Laurent like no one else. This will be one to watch as I think it is definitely going to gain more complexity and nuance over the next 7-10 years. Biodynamic.
