Pale yellow in colour. Warm, subdued aromas of green apple, white pear and subtle tropical fruit. The medium (-) body and mouthfeel tingles with surprisingly good acidity considering the warm and humid summer clime of Purbach. Graciously refreshing. The flavours mirror the aromas with green apples and pears - quiet, and unpretentious. Short finish but clean and fresh.
Spontaneous fermentation in 500 liter oak barrels and matured on the fine lees for 10 months in 500 liter oak barrels. Certified organic & Demeter biodynamic.
